When you subscribe

We store your email address, language, consent record, signup time, and subscription status. The private database is held on our Hostinger account outside public website files. We use your email for Triquatica Signal and your subscription preferences, not to sell your data.

Confirmation and unsubscribe

We send a confirmation email when email delivery is available. Each newsletter will include an unsubscribe link. You can also use our contact form to ask to leave the list, access your data, or delete it.

In your browser

We store your language preference, popup dismissal and free-tool access locally. Race dates, race planner fields, checklist items and personal notes stay on your device. We do not receive them. Clear browser storage, or reset an individual tool, to remove them.

Security and retention

Signup uses validation, a spam trap, and rate limiting. Rate limits use a temporary keyed fingerprint of a network address, not a stored raw address. Unconfirmed signups are removed after 30 days; contact messages after 90 days.

Other services

Hostinger provides hosting. Fonts and photography are served from this site. We currently use no advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or marketing cookies. External source links have their own privacy policies.

Interactive maps

The venue map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Your browser sends that service ordinary network information, including your IP address and the website origin, to display the map. We do not request your device location. Official directions and external resource links open their own websites with their own privacy policies.
