Pack by sport, check your usual bike setup, and agree a meeting point with anyone coming to support you. Use the official collection and transition times.

Follow your distance's schedule. Read any on-site course or equipment changes before entering transition.

Helmet fastened
An approved rigid helmet must be fastened whenever the athlete is in contact with the bicycle.
Drafting between sexes
Drafting between athletes of different sexes is prohibited.
Visible bib
Wear the bib visibly when entering and leaving transition to retrieve equipment.
Finish without companions
Companions, including children, family and pets, are not permitted to accompany an athlete through the finish.
Facilities
Toilets and bag drop: yes. Showers and changing rooms: no. Bring what you need to change afterwards.
Cutoff time
Olympic swim + bike: 2 h 05 men, 2 h 10 women. A Sprint cutoff is not published in its sheet.
Leave time for bike collection.
Your finish does not open transition. Collection waits until the entire Sprint field has finished cycling and left T2. It closes 30 minutes after the last finisher. Bring your visible bib and ID.
